Cirtran promote Trevor M. Saliba to Executive VP

CirTran Corp. (OTC BB:CIRT.OB) announced it has promoted Trevor M. Saliba to Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Development. Mr. Saliba was previously Senior Vice President and is responsible for overall sales, marketing, strategic and business development, investor relations and acquisitions for the company. Mr. Saliba has been a member of the company's Board of Directors since June of 2001 and formally joined the company in January of 2002.

Over the past two years Mr. Saliba has worked in tandem with the company's President, Mr. Iehab J. Hawatmeh, establishing a formal sales program, the mergers and acquisition program, and served as a key architect of the Company's business and strategic development. Mr. Saliba was directly involved in the acquisition of the minority interest in Broadata Communications and the execution of the Exclusive Manufacturing Agreement with Broadata. Mr. Saliba is currently working on additional Exclusive Manufacturing alliances (both domestic and international), various potential acquisitions throughout the United States and the development of strategic divisions.

Iehab J.
