Nordson Corporation has announced that its board of directors has declared a fourth-quarter 2003 cash dividend in the amount of $0.155 per common share, an increase of $0.005 per common share. Dividend payments during fiscal 2003, which ends November 2, 2003, will total $0.605 per share, an increase of more than 6 percent.
