Agile outsources worldwide IT infrastructure to OpSource

Turnkey IT Services Delivered in US, India, China, Germany and Switzerland

OpSource, Inc., a next-generation IT infrastructure services company, announced a three-year partnership to manage Agile Software Corporation's (Nasdaq:AGIL) worldwide network and application hosting infrastructure, including locations in the United States, India, China, Germany and Switzerland. Key members of Agile's IT staff in the US and India have joined the OpSource technical team, thereby ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer. This agreement underscores OpSource's core competencies in delivering reliable, high yield IT services, and firmly establishes the Company as an emerging leader in global outsourced IT infrastructure services.

OpSource is responsible for monitoring and remotely managing the major hardware and software components of Agile's IT infrastructure. Services being provided include: managed network services; managed server services including monitoring and remote management of Agile's internal server infrastructure up to the operating system level; management of Agile's unified Voice-over-IP (VoIP) messaging system; and management of Agile's hosted application Product Life Cycle (PLM) solution server infrastructure, including application layer management and monitoring.
