Indium promotes three engineers

The Indium Corporation of America has announced the promotion of three members of its Engineering team: Paul Socha is promoted to the position of Principal Engineer, Specialty Metals Division. Socha has over 15 years of experience in the electronics assembly materials field, having joined Indium in 1988. Dave Sbiroli is promoted to the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer, Interconnect Materials. Sbiroli has over 10 years of experience in the electronics assembly materials field. Tim Jensen is promoted to the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer, Interconnect Materials. Jensen has 7 years of experience in the electronics assembly materials field.
