Circuit World Corporation announces name change to Firan Technology Group Corporation

New name aligns company and products in a single brand name Circuit World Corporation (“Company”) announced that it has changed its corporate name to Firan Technology Group Corporation (“FTG”) and will trade under its new ticker symbol, “FTG”, on the Toronto Stock Exchange. “The purpose of the name change is to create one clear name and brand that can be developed over time. Subsequent to the merger last summer, the Company was known by many different names to its stakeholders creating a great deal of confusion”, stated Mr. Bradley C. Bourne, President and CEO. “The name change will eliminate this confusion and allow FTG to invest in and nurture a brand that it owns and controls”, added Mr. Bourne. Along with the name change, the Company has adopted a new logo and visual identity, and has launched a new website, www.firantechnology.com.
