Park annnounces appointment of Anthony W. DiGaudio as VP of Quality

Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE: PKE) announced that Anthony W. DiGaudio has been appointed Vice President of Quality for the corporation. In this position, Mr. DiGaudio will be responsible for leading and driving the Company's worldwide quality efforts, and Mr. DiGaudio will report to Park's President and CEO, Brian Shore. Mr. DiGaudio joined Park Electrochemical Corp. in May 2002 as Product Director and was responsible for management of a portion of the company's high volume and advanced technology products. Prior to joining Park, Mr. DiGaudio had over eight years of technical and customer interface experience. Most recently, he had served as Technical Manager for Metro Circuits, Division of PJC Technologies, Inc. in Rochester, NY. Mr. DiGaudio received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in 1993. In addition, the Company announced that Mike Ratcliff, who has been serving as the defacto quality leader of Nelco Products, Inc., the Company's electronics materials business based in Fullerton, California, has been appointed Vice President of Quality for Nelco Products, Inc. Brian Shore, Park's President and CEO, said, "I am very pleased about Tony DiGaudio's appointment as Vice President of Quality for the corporation. Tony's mission will be to drive quality throughout the corporation to a much higher level and much higher standard. Quality levels which are 'good enough to keep the customer happy' will no longer be good enough for us! I am also very pleased that Mike Ratcliff has taken the position of Vice President of Quality for our Nelco/California business unit, as Mike has an enormous amount to bring to the table and offer to Nelco/California."
