Preco Electronics awarded ISO/TS 16949:2002 registration

Preco Electronics has announced that it has been awarded registration to ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality Management Systems Standard effective September 2, 2003, by QMI, a global registration/certification company headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario. QMI indicates Preco Electronics has been audited in accordance with the rules for registration scheme for ISO/TS 16949:200 – First Edition, and is found in compliance with ISO/TS 16949:2002 – Second Edition. With ISO/TS 16949 registration, Preco Electronics offers SMT, PTH, and mixed board assembly capabilities.
