Feb 16, 2004
At the IPC-Show in Anaheim, all4-PCB Inc, the U.S. distributor of Pentagal-Chemie, Germany, will introduce lead-free capable HAL at their booth No. 2201. For 20 years, more than 180 Penta manual hot air levellers have been used in production worldwide. User’s preference for Penta HAL is endorsed by the fact that Penta HAL is rarely offered on the used PCB equipment market. Based on this innovative and proven technology, an automatic HAL system was launched in 2000. Nearly 20 renowned PCB manufacturers, such as AT&S, Ruwel, FUBA etc., have become users of the Penta Automatic due to its cost-effectiveness, high uptime, and extremely low parts replacement cost, as well as excellent finish.Besides the conventional Pb/Sn soldering, Penta HAL, both manual and automatic versions, are lead-free capable thanks to the control of solder and air temperature.
