Kyzen releases AQUANOX A4520

Kyzen Corporation has introduced AQUANOX A4520, which is designed for enhanced cleaning of a spectrum of pastes, fluxes and uncured adhesives used in the electronics and semiconductor industries. The low-foaming concentrated cleaner is effective at temperatures ranging from ambient to 160ºF for removal of no-clean, rosin, tacky, and lead-free flux, pastes and uncured adhesives via spray, immersion or manual applications. Available commercially in 1, 5 and 55 gallon drums, AQUANOX A4520 is a concentrated all-temperature aqueous cleaner designed for use in spray, immersion or manual cleaning applications. For spray applications, the product will work in a concentration range of 5 to 30 percent diluted with de-ionized water. The A4520 works on lead-free and high-temperature reflow applications as well.All ingredients used in A4520 are TSCA listed. No ingredients are regulated under SARA Section 313 or 40 CFR 372. Additionally, A4520 is not classified as a flammable liquid by DOT/NFPA. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for specific handling precautions and instructions.Source: PCBnewsline
