Viking Test announces more sales success

UK-based Viking Test Services has announced that Garner Osborne Circuits, Newbury, UK have ordered their second high speed Emma test system. Garner Osborne is originally said to have chosen the Emma for its ability to integrate with the existing test equipment in the facility. Garner Osborne Circuits are a company offering high technology PCBs in short lead times. Also announced is that Leicester Circuits UK Ltd has ordered an MJL7161D Direct Legend printer from Viking Test Services. This will be the first installation of this type in the UK and puts Leicester Circuits in a unique position to serialise and bar code every circuit board they manufacture. The system that utilises Markem print head and ink technology can print the legend onto a PCB within seconds directly form the design data. This removes the need for art works and silk-screen frames that is a costly and time consuming process. The new MJl7161D manufactured by MicroCraft is a revolutionary Direct Legend Printer that offers exceptional print quality and high adhesion durability.
