Rod Wood joins FlexLink as Applications Engineer

Rod Wood has joined FlexLink as an Applications Engineer, supporting the company's Dynamic Assembly Systems (DAS) applications as well as running projects for the F-Series PCB assembly product line. Rod brings more than a dozen years‚ experience in automation and assembly applications within the electronics manufacturing industry, including robotics and test, to his new position at FlexLink. He has also focused on project management for new production lines, custom equipment, and process improvement projects; he also has experience in handling issues related to conveyors and other assembly equipment including vendor selection, engineering, and purchasing. Rod also holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. In making the announcement, Todd Schnirel, Engineering Team Leader, said, "Rod brings years of focused experience and a great track record to his new position here at FlexLink.
