Mexico momentum takes shape

I-Source Technical Services, Inc. has announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Tijuana, Mexico. "The plant opening signals an aggressive increase in our engineering and manufacturing resources and response to our valued customers in Mexico," said Irene Horvath, president of I-Source Technical Services. "The strength of our company lies in our commitment to customer support, production of high quality products and timely customer service," she explained. "The new facility allows us to further deliver on this commitment by improving supply and service to Baja and the interior of Mexico."With the plant in Mexico, we’ve been able to cut a day off of our delivery time, allowing same day or next day delivery in many cases," she explained. "Many of our domestic customers also will benefit because they have operations in Mexico that we can now serve without any delays at the border."Based in Southern California, I-Source has manufactured stencils and tooling for the electronic assembly industry since 1991. I-Source serves industries in the medical, aerospace, telecommunications and automotive industry that require very precision cutting mostly of stainless steel."Our goal is to provide our customers with a single source," said Horvath.
