NDK establishes new Singapore subsidiary

Nihon Dempa Kogyo Co. Ltd (NDK) has dissolved its consolidated subsidiary, NDK Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd, and has established a new consolidated subsidiary, NDK Crystal Asia Pte. Ltd. NDK says the move is in conjunction with the acquisition of IPC (International Procurement Center) by Asian NDK Crystal Sdn Bhd (ANC). While Singapore marketing operations will be accomplished by NDK Crystal Asia, the administration of sales channels, distribution and inventory will be centered at ANC for improvement of customer services and effective utilization of management resources, adds NDK.NDK manufactures crystal units, crystal oscillators, crystal clock oscillators, SAW devices, crystal filters, optical components, ultrasonic transducers and synthetic quartz crystals.
