GE Global Electronics Solutions conducts 2nd live & webcast auction

Due to the success of the live & webcast printed circuit assembly equipment auction held on behalf of a remarketing customer in August 2003, GE Global Electronics Solutions (GES) will conduct a second event on behalf of the customer, on Nov. 19, 2003, in Westborough, Mass. The auction will begin at 9 a.m. EST and will incorporate thousands of lots of equipment including Fuji and Universal Chip shooters, DEK screen printers, desk top test equipment, Genrad, Teradyne, HP in-circuit test systems, Camalot glue dispensers, hundreds of feeders, microscopes, pallet racking, conveyors and fork trucks. Preview dates to view and inspect the equipment will be held on Nov. 17 and 18 in Westborough, Mass; Canton, Mass; Charlotte, N.C.; San Jose, Calif; and Newark, Calif. The auction will last one day, Nov. 19, and will go until all the assets are sold. The auction will be conducted in U.S. dollars and additional taxes may apply depending on final destination of asset. All equipment is sold as-is, where-is and without warranty. Source: PCBnewsline
