Koki launches Eco+Plus series and German office at Productronica

Koki launches its third generation series of lead free soldering consumable products at the Productronica exhibition in Germany this week on stand A4.440. The new Eco+Plus series is said to offer process friendly solutions to lead free assembly, to a standard in excess of currently acceptable levels. Following extensive development of thermally stable flux vehicles, the new family of products claims to give wetting performance and joint finish equal to, if not better than, current lead-containing no-clean technology.A complete family of compatible products is to be launched, which include solder pastes, wave soldering fluxes, bar solder, tack fluxes and cored solder wires.Productronica will also be the launching pad for Koki's new Koki Deutschland sales and distribution facility, which offers the customer base in Germany, Switzerland and Austria an enhanced level of service and support for all of the Koki range of materials.Source: PCBnewsline
