Compeq to lower earning forecast again

Compeq Manufacturing, a Taiwanese PCB and substrate maker, may again lower its 2003 earning forecast due to worse-than-expected inventory and consumable goods loss at its Dayuan, Taoyuan County plant, said a company source.
