Cirtran engages leading M&A consulting firm

CirTran Corp. (OTC: CIRT) announced that it has engaged MET Advisors, a leading Southern California based Professional Intermediary Firm to assist CirTran in the identification, due-diligence and execution of target acquisition candidates as part of the company’s overall growth strategy.Cirtran’s acquisition targets will include small to mid-size corporations that can integrate well with the Company while providing diversification of revenues. Management maintains a positive outlook for growth potential due to recent economic conditions as well as specific new business contracts that are already pending. Trevor M. Saliba, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Development commented, "I had the opportunity of working with MET Advisors on a previous project earlier this year. I found their knowledge of the Southern California business market place and expertise to be quite impressive. They, along with other M&A consultants the company is currently in the process of engaging will work in tandem with the company’s Business Development Division."Iehab J.
