Main Design Specs:
Anaren Floorplan - The factory can handle all materials ranging from FR4 to teflon based microwave materials (PTFE) with a thickness of 0.1 - 6.5 mm.
Copper thickness: 9 µm to 105 µm
Panel sizes ranging from 10''x12'' to 18''x24'' can be processed
Multi-layers up to 12 layers can be manufactured
The production capacity is depending on the mix and type of products being produced and the panel size
The pulse-plating line consists of 5 galvanic copper baths with a total capacity of 1.000 to 1.500 panels per day in a 3 shift operation.
