Valve dispenses "single shot"Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc. has announced the introduction of a new air operated, automatic meter/dispense valve designed to accurately dispense small measured volumes of lubricants or other single-component materials. Said to be ideal for highly repetitive industrial operations where reliability and accuracy are critical, the 2600-009 positive displacement valve dispenses a preset 'shot,' or volume, up to 0.33 cubic centimeters; it can be easily adjusted up to its maximum shot size. The valve is designed to operate at material pressures up to 2,500 psi. It features hardened components, wear-resistant seals, and internal check valves to insure metered consistency.
