More than 1,700 sign on for industry's first interactive/Web-based show and conference
Virtual PCB, www.virtual-pcb.com, the industry's first virtual trade show and conference for the PCB design, fabrication and assembly markets, launches today at 7 a.m. EST.
The live event will be held through 8 p.m. on Feb. 13, after which the show will remain open in an archive mode for three months.
More than 1,700 PCB designers, fabricators and assemblers have pre-registered for the live show, almost half from outside the United States.
Exhibitors include several leading suppliers of screen printing, placement, soldering and test equipment, materials, chemistries and bare boards. The technical conference includes Webinars on design, signal integrity, EMS and OEM relationships, and environmental and REACH issues, from some of the best-known industry experts.
A fully interactive, Web-based event, Virtual PCB incorporates all the critical features of a live event while allowing PCB design, fabrication and assembly equipment and materials buyers and sellers to interact online. Virtual PCB is supported by a proven software platform and will be accessible on-demand for three months following the two-day live event.
