TXP to present at Merriman Curhan Ford IP Video Conference 2008

TXP Corporation (OTCBB: TXPO), an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) for the telecommunications industry, today announced that Michael C. Shores, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at the Merriman Curhan Ford "IP Video Conference 2008" at The St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The presentation will include an overview of the company followed by a Q&A session.

The presentation will be broadcast live via the internet and can be accessed from the investor relations section of the company's website: www.txpcorp.com. The replay will be available within one hour of the live presentation and will remain available for 90 days following the conference.

Joel Z. Futterman, Vice President ONT Development at TXP, will participate as part of a panel discussion at the event at 12:15 p.m. The panel discussion will focus on Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and cable/telecom competition and implications for suppliers.
