Doggett served as a member of the global account management team until assuming his most recent role as sales manager responsible for the Western U.S. and South America. According to Keith Favre, president and CEO of Photo Stencil, "David Doggett is one of the top sales professionals in our industry. We are pleased to have him on board and will draw upon his experience in serving our customers and expanding into new markets."
Doggett attended Texas Tech University, concentrating his studies on computer science and engineering. He and his family will be relocating to the Colorado Springs area in the coming months.
In another organizational move geared toward growth and increased customer service, the company has created a new department that combines inside sales with technical support and CAD services. Sue Holmes, a Photo Stencil employee of 22 years, will head up this group as vice president. Ms. Holmes commented, "In our business, technical support and design are closely intertwined. By properly understanding our customers' needs up front, design issues are avoided. The team approach with this new 20-person department will streamline communications, improve response and turnaround time and, ultimately, improve customer satisfaction." Emphasizing customer focus, this position reports to Mr. Doggett and works side by side with the sales group.
