Taiwan top-four digital camera makers ODM/OEM clients unchanged in 2008

Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision Industry), Altek, Ability Enterprise and Asia Optical, the top-four Taiwan-based ODM/OEM makers of digital cameras, have obtained 2008 orders from their major clients in 2007 for continued partnerships, according to industry sources in Taiwan.
While the four makers' ODM/OEM client structure in 2008 remains unchanged, they will each see increased order volumes from 2007 due to growing own-brand sales of the clients in the global market, the sources pointed out.
