Dec 04, 2007
Global trade association IPC has confirmed that it will be working exclusively in the U.K. with National Electronics Week (NEW), hosting a comprehensive series of high-profile seminars alongside the event.
"We're delighted to be working with National Electronics Week to bring the latest information on industry advancements, emerging technologies and market research to attendees," said Denny McGuirk, IPC president. The IPC seminar line-up at NEW will be highly relevant to exhibitors and visitors alike, covering a wide range of topical industry issues. The timing of the seminars will be carefully managed to allow delegates to visit the wealth of attractions on the show floor, while IPC experts will be on hand to advise exhibition goers on new releases of global industry standards. As IPC's sole UK exhibition partner, National Electronics Week is shaping up as the premier event for modern electronics professionals.
Commenting on IPC's decision to provide support for the show, NEW Event Director Claire Jeffreys explains: "IPC's commitment to National Electronics Week is fantastic news. As the leading industry association for electronics manufacturers globally, IPC is dedicated to representing all facets of today's industry - making it a perfect partner for us. Complementing the unprecedented scope of coverage we are able to deliver, IPC will help us effectively serve a broad market cross section, from design and components through to manufacturing and distribution."
Being held at Earls Court in London over June 17th - 19th 2008, National Electronics Week is a brand new exhibition for the UK's electronics industry. To find out more about the show or to learn how to register, please visit www.nationalelectronicsweek.co.uk
