Mouser signs distribution agreement with IXYS

Inventory includes full portfolio of semiconductor products

Mouser Electronics, Inc., known for its rapid introduction of the newest products, announced it has signed a distribution agreement with IXYS Corporation (NASDAQ:IXYS), a leader in power semiconductors and mixed-signal ICs.

Mouser will stock the full line of IXYS power MOSFETs, IGBTs, power modules, rectifiers, gate drivers, LED drivers, fast recovery and Schottky diodes, as well as sense and control ICs.

"IXYS has been actively expanding its sales channels, working with specialized distributors who understand our power semiconductor business.
