Teradyne ships FLEX Systems to KYEC for RF Testing

Continues market leadership in RF ATE with shipment of 250th Gen4 Microwave instrument

Teradyne, Inc. announced KYEC, a semiconductor test subcontractor, received delivery of multiple Teradyne(R) FLEX(TM) test systems with the Gen4 Microwave instrumentation. The systems will support quad-site testing of leading edge cellular transceivers.
