PVI looking to buy LCD line from industry players

Taiwan-based Prime View International (PVI) recently has been rumored it will buy an old production line from an overseas LCD panel maker with the deal to be finalize soon.
One version of the rumor states that PVI will purchase Philips' 2.5-generation (2.5G) line in Japan while other another indicates that the company is eyeing Hydis' old production line.
