Universal Instruments to hold joint seminar with leading SMT companies in Shanghai

Universal Instruments, together with six companies in electronics equipments and materials supply, is going to hold a free seminar on November 1 in Shanghai to share the latest technology and address the current hot issues.
The six participating companies include DEK, Vitronics Soltec, OK International, KIC, Asymtek and Henkel Electronics, covering the entire electronic manufacturing process.
With seven leading companies working as a team, this seminar is set to help manufacturers have a good grasp on the latest technology and issues regarding different aspects of the entire surface mounting process in one single day.
While Henkel Electronics, Vitronics Soltec and KIC will touch upon lead free technology, Universal Instruments, OK International, DEK and Asymtek will share the state-of-art technology on handling 01005 components, flip chip assembly and package-on-package.

On top of the one-day seminar, there will be a hands-on demonstration utilizing the equipments from the participating companies in the Advanced Process Laboratory of Universal Instruments in Shanghai.
