Privately owned Sagarus Robotics is a provider of advanced, automated systems for the semiconductor packaging, MEMS and sensor markets, including material handling equipment and integrated flux and photoresist spin coaters that incorporate robotic handlers for substrates from 100 to 300 millimeters.BTU believes that Sagarus’ products are a strategic addition to its product lineup for semiconductor packaging.Sagarus are said to be pleased to be joining forces with BTU and believes its technology is an excellent fit with BTU’s, providing customers with fully automated integrated process tools.
