AUO opens new LCM plant in Xiamen

AU Optronics (AUO) recently announced the grand opening of its Xiamen, China manufacturing facility, the second China production base that manufactures small- to medium-size and large-size LCD modules (LCMs). This new manufacturing facility will provide a more responsive service to customers in the South China region and offer more extensive support to the fast-growing economic development of the Xiamen Special Economic Zone, said the company.
