Merlin Circuit Technology increases PCB QTA capability and capacity

PCB manufacturer Merlin Circuit Technology has redesigned its already reliable high technology QTA service investing in additional equipment, systems and personnel.
Merlin has installed a new Orbotech Laser Direct Imaging system (LDI) and additional Orbotech AOI capacity. The LDI system will allow improved process capability to 50um lines and spaces in addition to improved registration, printing accuracy and significant time savings which is critical for fast moving quick turn around PCB manufacture.
Merlin's service now includes 24 hour, 2, 3, and 5 day Quick Turn Around manufacturing options for 2 to 32 layer product together with flexible and flex rigid PCBs. A key feature of Merlin's Quick Turn Around service is that it is not only for high technology prototypes and NPI but also for larger volume requirements when time is of the essence.
