Bill Marca and Ken Stanton assume new positionsUniversal Instruments has announced the introduction of the new position of Industry Segment Account Manager, in order to focus on growing markets within specific industries.The Industry Segment Account Manager will be responsible for defining market size and the market potential within a specific industry segment as well as working in conjunction with regional sales teams to support target accounts. Effective immediately, Bill Marca will assume the responsibility of Industry Segment Account Manager for the Automotive Industry. During his eighteen years with Universal, and his experience as Corporate Account Manager for Ford, Delphi and Motorola, Bill has gained extensive knowledge of the automotive industry. Effective August 1, 2003, Ken Stanton will assume the responsibility of Industry Segment Account Manager for the Military/Aerospace and Medical industries. Ken’s twelve years of sales, area operations support, and marketing experience, coupled with his proven track record for developing strong customer elationships, will provide him with a strong foundation as he transitions into this new position.
