Enfis and Aluci light the way for mobile exterior luminaires

Jul 23, 2007

Enfis Ltd. has announced a manufacturing relationship with award winning architectural and ambiance luminaire designer and manufacturer, Aluci.

Enfis's LED light engines incorporate full electronic and thermal management controls that enable designers to integrate their units into existing luminaires virtually straight from the box, thereby speeding up time-to-market and reducing associated costs and risks.

'We are pleased to work with Aluci' said Shaun Oxenham, Enfis CEO. "As winners of the prestigious 'iF Design Award' and nominees for the 'Designpreis 2008' award for their 'Chario' lighting system, Aluci's advanced designs and green credentials not only represent a perfect fit for our eco friendly, state-of-the-art light engines, but also demonstrate how existing luminaires can be easily and quickly adapted to work with our LED devices".

Aluci, a dynamic Belgian manufacturer of exclusive and exquisite architectural and lighting luminaires were quick to recognise the benefits of integrating Enfis's leading-edge LED lighting technology into their award winning designs. Commenting on the new relationship, Benjamin Vandorpe, Managing Director of Aluci, said, "Enfis' light engines are an ideal match for our mobile luminaire systems. They have an incredibly long life, require very little power and now their colour changing UNO50 RGBA devices should enable us to offer our customers a complete range of 'warm' to 'cold' white light and full colour-changeability in a single unit".
