DfR Solutions to present two workshops at SEMICON West

Dr. Craig Hillman, CEO and Managing Partner of DfR Solutions, and DfR Senior Technical Staff member Jim McLeish will each present two-day workshops at SEMICON West, July 18-19 in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. Hillman will present "Understanding Failure and Root Cause Analysis in Electronics." The workshop will provide an in-depth understanding of the common mechanisms that initiate failure in electronics, and provide a comprehensive review of the tools and techniques used to identify those mechanisms.
Jim McLeish, CRE, will present "Best Practices in Failure Avoidance." This workshop will provide reliability engineers and management a foundation by providing a comprehensive review of the best practices in engineering and reliability assurance. Case studies will provide guidance on practices most appropriate for a given design, use environment, desired lifetime, and available resources.
