AUO changes CEO and president, executive vice president to become president of Qisda

AU Optronics (AUO) announced on June 29 it is undergoing a number of management reshuffles, with HB Chen, former president of AUO, to take over AUO's CEO position and LJ (Lai-Juh) Chen, senior vice president and general manager of Global Manufacturing, AUO, to succeed Chen's position while also serving as COO for the panel maker. The changes will take effect on September 1.
