The Millennia Group names Corporate Human Resources Manager - David Byard

The Millennia Group (TMG), has named a new Corporate Human Resources Manager - Mr. David Byard. 

Byard joins TMG with over 20 years of management experience in labor and employee relations.  Prior to joining The Millennia Group, Byard was employed by Chris Candies Inc., a producer of chocolate products for major name brand candy companies, where he held the position of Human Resources Manager. 

While there, Byard administered all activities of the HR department including developing departmental goals and objectives.  Byard was also employed as a Human Resource Manager at Gecom Inc., a Tier I supplier of automotive locks.

Byard will report to Michael D'Ambrosio, president of TMG.  He will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources department with emphasis on recruitment, employee compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services for The Millennia Group and its three subsidiaries:  Triangle Circuits, a printed circuit board manufacturer; Millennia Technology, a contract assembly service provider; and, Millennia Design, an engineering and design service company.
