Agile announces non-GAAP profit Agile Software Corporation (Nasdaq: AGIL) announced results for the third quarter of fiscal 2007, which ended January 31, 2007. Total revenues for the quarter were $33.2 million, compared to $32.8 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2006. License revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2007 were $11.5 million, compared to $13.4 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2006.
Net loss for the third quarter of fiscal 2007, on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis, was $5.8 million, or ($0.10) per share, compared to a net loss of $4.1 million, or ($0.08) per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2006. Non-GAAP net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2007 (which excludes amortization of intangibles, stock compensation and stock option review costs) was $488,000 or $0.01 per share. Non-GAAP net loss for the third quarter of fiscal 2006 (which excludes amortization of intangibles, stock compensation and restructuring charges) was $122,000 or $0.00 per share.
