FlexLink Systems’ F1000 Bare Board Destacker, part of FlexLink’s revolutionary new Genesis line of PCB handling systems, is a simple, easy-to use, non-vacuum way to introduce bare printed circuit boards into an assembly line. The F1000 is gaining popularity as a simple swap-out replacement for older destackers, due to its modularity, user-friendly software, high capacity, and reliability.The F1000 can hold up to a 300 mm (12") stack of unpopulated PC boards at a weight of 30 kg (66 Ibs). Rather than vacuum, the F1000 separates and manipulates individual boards from its stack via a new and technically advanced releasing mechanism.
