Sanmina-SCI announces filing of fiscal 2006 Form 10-K Annual Report

Sanmina-SCI Corporation (Nasdaq: SANM; the "Company") announced the filing of its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006.
Jure Sola, Sanmina-SCI's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, said, "We are pleased that we were able to file our 10-K and to have the restatement of our financial results behind us.
