Transition Automation extends Permalex product family

Transition Automation, Inc. has announced the extended capability to "fine tune" an SMT Printer by adjusting the thickness of the company's proprietary Permalex Edge Metal Squeegees.  The new option is aptly named Permalex-3D. 

The new product is made easy to specify by simply adding any thickness code to any existing squeegee part number.  The available code sizes are: 0.006, 0.007, 0.008, 0.012, and 0.014.  These codes directly represent the inch size thickness of the squeegee product being ordered, and may be used both for replacement blades for Transition Automation squeegee holders, OEM Holders, or for new Transition Automation holder and blade assemblies. 

The new offering enables a new level of fine tuning to be achieved which balances the need for robust printing, high cycle durability without excessive pressure or wear of the precision stencils masks used in today's microelectronics printing.
