Qualitek announce green lead free solder paste at APEX

Qualitek's GREEN PASTE has been developed to help eliminate cross contamination between leaded and lead-free boards in a mixed production environment. The paste is visually green, allowing operators to readily distinguish it from standard, gray-colored Sn/Pb paste. The green color remains until reflowed, leaving normal metallic joint appearance. Residues are clear, but fluoresce under black light to easily identify the lead free boards after assembly.

Available in a wide variety of lead free alloys including SAC 305 for No-Clean and Water-Soluble flux types.  Booth 2137.
