Datang to help BenQ develop TD-SCDMA handsets

BenQ on December 20 signed a collaboration agreement with China-based Datang Telecom Technology and Industry, licensing Datang's TD-SCDMA (time division-synchronous CDMA) terminal solutions to produce TD-SCDMA handsets, which will mainly be sold in the China market, according to BenQ. full story - http://www.digitimes.com/telecom/a20061222PD202.html
