EIPC China Opportunity - joint conference EIPC/CPCA International Symposium March, 19-20 2007

Call for Papers - Present your product line to the leading experts of the China Printed Circuits Industry during the International PCB Convention 2007 in Shanghai, China

The printed circuit industry in China with more then 1200 fabricators is still growing. In addition,
more European OEMs are requesting PCBs "Made in China" that meet the European technology and quality standards and at the same time enjoy the low cost Chinese prices. This combination is often not delivered, as many of the PCB fabricators in China do not possess the knowledge about materials, technology, quality and end-use requirements that are needed in Europe.

The EIPC was approached by their sister organization, the China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA), to help with qualifi ed papers at the international conference in China in March 2007. The papers shall be focused on products, know-how and technology that will provide high class PCBs as well as allow the manufacture of cost-effective high quality PCBs. Companies that are selling materials and chemicals in China and want to present their product lines to a wider audience as well as equipment fabricators looking for new market opportunities are invited to present their products at the international conference.

The conference takes place on March 19-20, before the annual show of the China Printed Circuit Association (March 21-23). This will be an opportunity to brief the Chinese PCB experts on how to learn about technology of PCBs needed in the European market as well as getting details on how to satisfy European OEMs. A limited number of papers will be selected: If your company is involved in advanced PCB fabrication methods, materials or equipment, please apply for a paper at this important event. Please send a short abstract (max. 300 words) and biography (max. 100 words) to eipc@eipc.org. Deadline January 12, 2007.

-- Plating solutions for HDI PCBs and via hole plugging
-- Processing equipment for effective plating of HDI PCBs
-- Waste treatment to meet the stringent environmental challenges in China
-- Advanced drilling and routing with high precision and low maintenance
-- Final PCB fi nishes to meet RoHS requirements
-- Inspection and repair tools to maintain and guarantee high level of quality at finished PCBs

Table Top opportunity:
In addition a table top exhibition will be organised that provide a low cost opportunity to contact the PCB fabricators in China.
