IPC Workshop - Making quick cycle time quicker - turning the impossible into reality
Nov 01, 2006
Current demands on the electronics industry dictate faster cycle times. Can industry keep up? IPC announces "Making Quick Cycle Time Quicker: Turning the Impossible into Reality," an intensive, one-day workshop dedicated to advancements in quick turn technologies. The workshop will be held December 5, 2006 in Irvine, Calif.
The industry's leading innovators in quick turn technologies will provide attendees with the latest advancements in technologies and processes. The workshop will cover key areas such as: quick cycle lamination, X-ray drilling, digital printing, electrical test equipment, conductive ink jet printing and data transfer.
Considered a must-attend event for any OEM, EMS, PCB or PCB supplier involved in the technical development or production of printed circuit boards, the workshop will bring together the unique perspectives of the industry's experts, so attendees can gain a well-rounded understanding of the technologies and processes, which is so critical in decision making. Richard Crowe, CCA executive director and president of Burkle North America agrees, "In this age of global competitiveness, improving cycle time is imperative. Yesterday's 'quick' is just not quick enough. This event will help ensure that manufacturers have the latest information available to meet today's demands."
"Making Quick Cycle Time Quicker: Turning the Impossible into Reality," is sponsored by the IPC CCA (California Circuits Association).
