Foxconn Wuhan plant reportedly to open in early 2007

The Chinese-language Commercial Times on November 1 reported that Foxconn (the registered trade name of Hon Hai Precision Industry) will begin operation of its Wuhan plant (Hubei province, China) by the beginning of next year. The product line for the Wuhan plant will include casings, automobile components as well as barebones systems, according to the paper. Foxconn's plant in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, will become a hub for Foxconn to ship 3C products to Europe, added the paper.
