CyberOptics Semiconductor to showcase new products at SEMICON Japan 2006

CyberOptics Semiconductor, Inc., a subsidiary of CyberOptics Corporation (Nasdaq NMS: CYBE), announces that it will demonstrate its WaferSense™ wireless, wafer-like measurement systems for leveling, teaching and gapping semiconductor process equipment at the upcoming Semicon Japan, scheduled to take place December 6 to 8, 2006, at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. It will also show its industry leading reflective wafer mapping sensors at the exhibition in booth 7B-404. Representatives from CyberOptics Semiconductor will be available in the booth, and will include Geary Lewis, VP of Sales, Dennis Bonciolini, VP of Engineering, and Yukinobu Hayashi, Field Applications Engineer. During the show, CyberOptics Semiconductor will have the ability to communicate in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese.
