PROMATION introduces new post AOI sorting solutions

To meet the needs of a wide variety of manufacturing processes, this new series has been designed to provide in-line sorting capability in configurations that make sense based on each manufacturer's inspection and sorting requirements. These "feature-rich" systems offer some of the most aggressive pricing in today's market and are backed by PROMATION's 24-month parts warranty.

All configurations allow for the failed" PCB to be lifted for further inspection and rework, while "pass" status PCBs may continue to pass underneath. Each solution offers varying degrees of buffering capability and other features. Through a simple modified SMEMA interface, each system accepts PASS or FAIL signals from the AOI, and then sorts accordingly.
