Ya Hsin lands PDP TV orders from LGE

Taiwan-based Ya Hsin, which has traditionally focused on PCB and LED production, recently landed 42-and 50-inch PDP (plasma display panel) TV orders from LG Electronics (LGE) with the two models to hit the Taiwan market in the beginning of September, according to the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN).

The TVs will be sold in the Taiwan market, said the paper, adding that LG Electronics also placed orders for 37-inch and 42-inch LCD TVs with Ya Hsin.
