ASYS will show live the new ADS 02M offline Depaneling System as well as a High Speed Laser Marking Systems ALS 03 at the Assembly Technology Show in Chicago, booth 5102. The new ADS 02M offline Depaneling System is designed with an X/Y/Z gantry and features a rotary table, so the operator can load a panel while the system is cutting the next one.
