Sypris declares regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share

Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: SYPR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 (three cents) per share. The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarterly dividend and will be payable on October 10, 2006 to shareholders of record as of September 22, 2006. Sypris Solutions currently has 18.3 million shares outstanding.
